Children’s Ministry

About

We are excited to partner with you to help the children in your life grow in Christian faith and love of God and their neighbors.

Children are important and we understand they need safe, fun, experiential opportunities to grow in their faith and learn to serve and share with others as followers of Jesus. Please join us at Prairie Baptist Church for children inclusive worship, Sunday School including bible studies and stories, conversation, crafts, and more. Please watch the calendar for special child friendly events like Fall Festival. We hope you will join us.

Here is a family prayer to share with your children:

God, you are always with us. (Give yourself a hug.)

You are with us in the morning, when the sun is coming up. (Hold arms overhead in a circle to show “sun.”)

You are with us in the day, when we run and jump and play. (Run and jump in place.)

You are with us in the night, when we close our eyes and sleep. (Close your eyes. Rest head on hands.)

God, you are always with us. Amen. (Give yourself a hug.)
